Harold Cepero and Oswaldo Paya, members of the Christian Liberation Movement in Cuba, were both killed in a car crash on the Island earlier this year, the cause of which is yet to be satisfactorily explained. Harold would have turned 33 today.

Angel Carromero has been sentenced to four years in prison for the traffic accident that killed two opponents of the regime, Oswaldo Paya and Harold Cepero.
