In Memory of Harold Cepero Escalante on His 33rd Birthday

Harold Cepero and Oswaldo Paya, members of the Christian Liberation Movement in Cuba, were both killed in a car crash on the Island earlier this year, the cause of which is yet to be satisfactorily explained. Harold would have turned 33 today.
