Roilan Álvarez Rensoler: 43 days on hunger strike. Activist in the Patriotic Union of Cuba (UNPACU). Has not been taken to a hospital; still remains in prison.

Freedom of Expression
Free Access to the Internet
Freedom of action for independent journalists, defenders of human rights, and political opponents.
Independent investigation of the deaths of Oswaldo Payá and Harold Cepero
Legal guarantees for defenders of human rights.
Release of all the political prisoners.
End to short detentions [so-called “catch and release’].
End to harassment and other repressive measures.
Elimination of criminal charges such as: Pre-Criminal Social Dangerousness, Contempt, and Resistance.
